What is a deodorant that truly helps people who sweat more than normal?

I've tried a ton of different types of normal deodorant, secret clinical strength, and certain dry. Still, even if its 20 degrees outside, I have huge sweat marks under my arms. It's so embarrassing. I can only wear white shirts or camis because those are the only things that don't show the sweat marks. I need a deodorant that actually helps.

5. I was going to say Degree Clinical Strength b/c that works for me. But if it doesn't work for you, you might need to see a doctor and get a prescription. Best of luck!

I have the same exact problem and I have tried clinical strength and it really doesn't work for me, sometimes it would but I want something that actually WORKS, so I can wear colored t-shirts and not just white tee's or having to cover it up with a sweatshirt . . . I went to the doctor and found out that excessive sweating is called "Hyperhydrosis" & you can't get rid of it, but you can treat it (frustrating I know) My doctor gave me a prescription and I forgot the name but it helps! So try going to your doctor and tell her whats up! You may find a prescription that helps you! Good luck!
